Lettings Negotiator
Match tenants with properties, manage viewings, handle applications and referencing, and support landlords through the letting process. A fast-paced role with a lot of variety.
Sales Negotiator
Work with buyers and sellers to progress sales from offer to completion. You’ll manage relationships, handle negotiations, and keep transactions on track – a varied role that rewards people who are organised, personable, and driven.
Property Manager
Take ownership of a portfolio of managed properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll coordinate maintenance, manage compliance, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Accompanied Viewer
Conduct property viewings on behalf of our sales and lettings teams. A great entry point into the industry for someone confident, presentable, and interested in building a career in property.
Property Valuer
Meet prospective clients, carry out market appraisals, and help homeowners and landlords understand the true value of their property. A role for confident communicators with strong local market knowledge.
